How to Order

How to Order for  Australian customers

1.    Underneath the “Order” button you have a list of the products available to purchase via the web. Select the product you want by clicking on it.  In the case of the gift packs you can click on gift packs to view all the gift packs, or you can view the individual card by clicking directly onto the appropriate heading.

2.    Once you have selected it, either keep viewing by pressing “continue” or go directly to the shopping cart, by pressing “Cart”

3.    Pricing shown is excluding GST, but does include FREE POSTAGE within Australia.  The GST will be added at the end of the invoice.

4.    You will be asked to enter your login, or create a login, which will register you as a Duo-Therm customer.  These details should be used if you enter the site again.

5.    Methods of payment include:  PayPal, Direct Deposit, or Cheque.  Your purchase order will be created online, and you will be notified of your order details.  PLEASE NOTE:   orders will not be dispatched until the invoice is paid in full.

6.    When paying by Direct Deposit or Cheque, you must refer to your order number, and pay the total of the invoice which will include GST.

1. Send a Cheque or a money order to Duo-Therm Pty Ltd.  If sending a personal Cheque, please allow an additional two working days until Cheque is cleared prior to your order being dispatched.
