2. Duo-Therm Cooler Shoulder Bag
This insulated bag is not only attractive, but combines functionality with its good looks. The Duo-Therm shoulder bag is Ideal for taking a snack and and a drink to the beach “ or to any function where it is inconvenient to carry an esky but you would still like your drinks and food to arrive cold. It’s also perfect for baby’s needs. It has an adjustable base board and PVC liner, which when used in conjunction with Duo-Therm flexible ice packs, will keep your items cooler for longer.

Duo-Therm (4 ply) Silver Reusable Sheet
The Silver surface increases thermal transfer from the pack to your product – ideal for cooling wine and it can be used as an alternative to ice in a bucket or in a carry bag to your favourite restaurant. Note, this model cannot be micro waved and is for cooling only. Minimum ordering quantities apply.
Duo-Therm (4 ply) Elliptical Reusable Sheet
This shape has been developed for First Aid and Medical Applications where increased flexibility is required. For example it can be use to wrap the product around a limb and other body parts. This can be purchased in 250mm x 390mm sheets or produced to your order on continuous rolls of 120 meters length by 390mm.

Duo-Therm(2 ply) Single or Minimal Reuse Applications
The product has textile on one side and plastic on the other, ideal for single minimal reuse applications such as transportation of perishables. This can be purchased in 280mm x 390mm sheets
Common uses would be transport of produce, medicines, and other cold chain transport and packaging applications. This model is not recommended for reusable applications in the consumer market.
This grade can be bulk hydrated with up to several thousands of sheets at a time by emptying the sheets directly from the bulk cartons, textile side down, into the water. The textile side must be in the water.
Bulk hydration can be achieved by using an agitator type washing machine. Ensuring the machine is clean, hygienic and free from any soap or detergent residue. Adding a couple of clean towels can increase the movement in the washing machine. The results may vary depending on the type of washing machine, the wider the agitator blades and the higher they are on the centre column the more effective the results.

Duo-Therm (4 ply) Standard Reusable Sheet
This model has been developed for high performance reusable applications. It consists of four layer/ply construction comprising of two layers on the outside that are fully washable and two heavy duty inner fabric textiles that resist punctures and contain the refrigerant polymer. The 4 ply standard sheet size is 280mm x 390mm
This reusable sheet is supplied in a dehydrated state with hydration taking place as required by the customer. The heat/ice pack utilises newly developed technology, allowing the sheet to have fully washable surfaces both sides and yet still absorb water to activate the refrigerant polymer.
This technology enables the product to be stacked into a freezer or a container either way up, and folded together without any of the sticking problems normally associated with dehydrated refrigerant sheets using non-woven fabric surfaces. The 4 Ply is designed to resist puncture and is suitable for heavy duty reusable applications.
The Duo-Therm Standard sheet is the most commonly used grade for reusable applications.
