Duo-Therm is a reusable ice or heat pack using cutting edge technology, machinery and processes that are currently the most advanced in the world.
It is made up of 2 inner layers of high strength spun bonded synthetic fibre non-woven fabric which encapsulates a specially formulated cross-linked polyacrylate, polyalcohol co-polymer refrigerant combined with a post treated trade secret formula. These polymers absorb many times their own weight in water. Bonded to this fibre are 2 heavy duty plastic layers which utilise one-way micro-perforation technology. The PET/LDPE laminate not only ensures heat sealing, but also allows the product to be custom printed. The outer layer makes it tough enough to withstand the harshest of environments and encourages its use in situations where traditional products are not appropriate.
Factory certification of ISO-9002 ensures the product is manufactured to the highest international standards. It is certified a food safe product in Australia.
